Company Background
Guardian Global Systems was first registered under Guardian Global AM in 1995 for the purpose of providing corporate property services and in 1999 we first hosted a web based property administration system. Since then the system has continued to evolve and in January 2005 the base property administration system was named 'tentus' to differentiate it from it's optional modules such as Space Management and the Asset Register. Today the sole purpose of this company is to provide, host and evolve, in a co-operative environment, a web based property administration system.
The Tentus Suite
Guardian Global Systems operates a web hosted Group Property Data Base and Archive system called 'tentus' providing its corporate clients with scaleable solutions for Corporate Lease Administration, data archives and Portfolio Management. The Property Portfolio Data & Archive System can help improve work flow practices by providing an effective framework to manage the process of acquiring, managing and divesting corporate real estate assets. Guardian Global's responsibility is to host and continue the development and evolution of this web based system in response to the needs of its clients and the market. Input and management of information in the system including Asset Register, Data Base and Archive is the sole responsibility of the client or its appointed manager(s). Guardian Global will work in concert with each client to help develop a strategic approach towards property administration and asset management.
