Tentus Booking Manager is a flexible resource booking platform that provides short stay desk, parking and meeting room booking functionality

Automated Desk Management

Users may book available desks at any time in the future and also see who is occupying surrounding desks. Bookings are made either via a web browser or online enabled Blackberry or PDA. Responsibility for management and allocation of hot desks may also be delegated to individuals or reception. Bookings are tracked to 15min increments.This system can be extended to manage car spaces and meeting rooms.

VOIP Phone Routing

Desk Manager automates the authentication of VOIP handsets such as those provided by CISCO. Phone systems can be automatically configured to route calls to a users desk when signed in to Desk Manager. These controls also support booking restrictions.

Booking Management & Tracking

The Desk Manager supports user defined limitations and controls e.g. frequency and length of individual bookings are configurable on a per client basis. Confirmation is requested by the system in the case of advanced bookings. Desks are tracked in Space Manager as “Bookable”.

Usage Reports & Strategic Planning

Desk Manager includes a comprehensive suite of reports detailing desk usage for both analysis and tracking purposes. Utilisation reports may be generated graphically or in tabular form on a per user or business unit basis.
