Accommodation Tracking
Space Manager captures accommodation data to the business unit and occupant level. This includes tracking work points assigned to divisions and business units. This level of precision allows the client to replace existing time intensive reporting procedures with the streamlined output from space manager both saving time and increasing the accuracy of accommodation tracking and management. Space Manager offers what-if scenarios allowing the planning and analysis of multiple or mass occupant churn
Accommodation Reporting
Users may report against the allocation of work points to business units at any given point in time with accommodation planning supported by hypothetical what-if scenarios
Divisional Costing
Divisional costing reports are automatically generated against current accommodation data or against historical accommodation data for trend analysis. Timeline accommodation management allows generation of trend analysis reports while comparative space usage reports allow comparison of forecast growth against actual growth.
Strategic Space Planning
Space planning is facilitated through interactive stack planning. Users can design multiple stacking plans of buildings, each configured to reflect different fit-out scenarios. Divisional and business unit allocations can then be dragged and dropped into the stacking plan allowing fast and effective modelling of various building restack scenarios.
